You'll Learn to:
Identify and fully utilize the Executive Presence Influence Architecture as both an individual leader and coach to guide others through real, high stakes influence scenarios.
Understand and articulate the negative impact a lack of executive presence has on teams and leaders, including missed influence, stalled decisions, misalignment, and strong ideas that fail to gain traction.
Identify where reactive communication or over explaining in daily work scenarios may be the culprit for leaders feeling unheard and struggling to gain alignment in critical moments.
Apply the Leadership Story Ladder Model and Coaching Blueprint to design a sequence of intentional influence moments so your leaders can structure messaging that inspires, aligns, and activates.
Build the muscle of shifting from reactive communication to intentional influence, creating the tailored narratives and practice under pressure required to encourage audiences to understand and adopt the vision.
Increase a leader's ability to accelerate decision making and help teams successfully advance strategic initiatives more effectively and efficiently across the organization.
